Third-Party Verification of How We Work
Any business can describe itself as professional, reliable, or qualified. Accreditations are different, they are third-party audits of how a business actually operates, carried out by independent bodies against defined standards. They cannot be purchased. They must be earned, maintained, and renewed.
For businesses that need to put suppliers through a procurement or vendor approval process, our accreditation portfolio satisfies the most common supply chain requirements. For businesses that simply want confidence they are working with a competent, insured, and accountable contractor, our accreditations provide exactly that.
ISO 9001 Certification
ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems. Certification requires a documented quality management system covering all aspects of the business, from how jobs are booked to how work is carried out and how customer feedback is handled. Annual surveillance audits and tri-annual full recertification ensure the system remains effective. ISO 9001 certification is frequently required by procurement teams at larger organisations and public sector bodies.
Safe Contractor Approved
Safe Contractor is one of the UK's leading health and safety prequalification schemes, used by major contractors, facilities managers, and blue-chip organisations to vet their supply chains. Approval requires submission and audit of our health and safety policy, risk assessments, method statements, insurance documentation, and accident records. Many of our commercial and corporate clients require Safe Contractor approval as a condition of engagement.
Constructionline Registered
Constructionline is the UK government's register of pre-qualified construction industry suppliers and contractors. Registration involves verification of our company information, financial standing, insurance levels, and compliance with relevant regulations. Constructionline registration simplifies procurement for public sector and large private sector clients who use the register to identify pre-qualified suppliers without conducting their own lengthy vetting processes.
Altius Assured Vendor
Altius Assured Vendor status is a supply chain risk management accreditation used by facilities management organisations and corporate property teams. It verifies that a supplier meets defined standards across health and safety, financial stability, insurance, and compliance, providing ongoing assurance rather than a one-time check. Altius status is increasingly required by FM operators managing large property portfolios across Essex and the wider South East.
Insurance and Liability
All our engineers are covered by full public liability insurance on every job. Our insurance documentation is available on request for any client that requires it as part of their contractor approval process. We also carry employers' liability insurance and professional indemnity coverage as appropriate for our scope of work.
Compliance Documentation
Every service and maintenance visit generates written documentation, a service report covering all components inspected, work carried out, and any recommendations. This documentation satisfies the requirements of the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER), is accepted by commercial insurers as evidence of maintenance, and provides a clear audit trail for your premises.
For replacement and installation work, we provide full commissioning documentation and handover certificates. All documentation is provided as standard, there is no additional charge for compliance paperwork.
Requesting Documentation
If you need copies of any of our accreditation certificates, insurance schedules, or compliance documentation for vendor approval or procurement purposes, contact us directly and we will provide everything required.
